Description Underlayment Self-Leveling is a pumpable and pourable, cementbased, high-early-strength, selfleveling underlayment used to level interior deteriorated and uneven concrete surfaces. Apply it over concrete, wood, and other types of sound, rigid flooring before installing carpet, tile or other flooring systems.
Yield Underlayment Self-Leveling: 50 – 55 ft2/ 55 lb bag (4.6 – 5.1 m2 per 25 kg bag) at approximately 1/8" (3 mm) thick BASF recommends applying a test to determine actual coverage.
(2) Description Primer 800 is a ready-to-use, filmforming, re-emulsifying PVA-resin sealer and bonding agent for underlayments. Used over precast and cast-in-past concrete, wood, and plywood, it reduces substrate porosity and promotes adhesion of the underlayment. It contains no VOCs and has low odor.
Yield 200 – 300 ft2/gal (4.88 – 7.32 m2/L) A test area is recommended to determine actual coverage. Coverage will vary with surface porosity.
